If you’ve received incorrect or damaged goods, we want to hear about it so please contact us here and we will do our best to make-good the situation.
Stock (unprinted) Products
If you would like to return your stock (unprinted) products due to a change of mind, mistake or similar, we are happy to accept your return with a refund so long as we receive your order back in full and in re-sellable condition. Return freight will be at the cost of the customer and a refund will be issued by means of how the original payment was made by customer (e.g. credit card) on the arrival of the goods to our warehouse. Where appropriate we are happy to discuss credits and product swaps on stock (unprinted) products with price differences added or subtracted from the original price paid by the customer.
Custom Printed Products
As all custom printed products are made to order with custom designs, we are unable to allow cancelation with a refund or credit after print proof approval, similarly we can’t accept returns on completed orders. If you are unhappy with your order due to quality or similar issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will do our very best to rectify the situation.
If in our exclusive discretion we decide to refund, replace or credit any products, that refund, replacement or credit will be our entire, sole and exclusive liability, and your sole and exclusive resolve, with respect to that order.
Please note that we use an external shipping provider therefore have no control once your goods leave our warehouse. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee delivery dates or delivery time windows and can’t issue refunds or returns due to external delivery timing issues.
