What's the ordering process?

1. Select your product and order requirements.

2. Upload your artwork.

3. Add to cart & checkout.

4. We will send you an artwork proof for your approval within 24 hours or receiving your order.

* We won't print anything until you are 100% happy.

* You can checkout without uploading your artwork, but please note turnaround times start once artwork is approved.

Order Queries

Will I receive an artwork proof for approval?

Yes. Once we have received your order we will email a digital proof for you to check and approve prior to printing. We won't go to print until you are 100% happy!
You will receive your artwork proof within 24 hours of placing your order.

Our artwork/design assistance is free up to 2 rounds of changes.

Can you do larger quantities than what's available on your website?

Yes we can! Contact us here with the product and quantity you need and we will provide you with a quote.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For custom printed carry bags 250 units. 
For custom printed paper cups 500 units.
For custom printed tissue paper 1,000 sheets.
For custom printed food wraps 1,000 sheets.
For custom printed wine cartons 100 units

Prices include all artwork and set-up costs.

What is the lead time on your orders?

Our standard production lead time is 7-10 working days. some products and larger volume order may require a slightly longer lead time. Courier times are additional.

However, if you're after something sooner please reach out to us on 1800 497 134 and we can discuss options to meet your requirement.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has left our warehouse we’ll e-mail you a dispatch notification containing a tracking number which you can use to track the delivery of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes… provided the artwork has not been approved.  Call us immediately on 1800 497 134 to see what is possible.

Can I return my order?

If you’ve received incorrect or damaged goods we want to hear about it so please contact us here and we will do our best to make-good the situation.   

Similarly, if you’ve made a mistake we’ll correct it and re-run your order at 50% off of the original price.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an e-mail from us upon placement of your order and another e-mail with the tracking number once it has been dispatched.

Artwork and Design Queries

What are acceptable file formats?

We work from JPEG, AI, PNG, PDF, SVG and EPS files…provided they are in a high enough resolution.  If you are not sure if your file will be suitable, please send it to us via e-mail and one of our talented graphic designers will give you a call to confirm.

How many colours can I print?

We print digitally meaning all colours are derived from CMYK (Cyan/Magenta/Yellow/Black).  That means the sky’s the limit! This does mean that we cannot print an exact PMS colour however we’ll match to this as close as possible.

Can you print metallic colours?

All colours are derived from CMYK meaning metallic colours are not possible. We can however suggest an alternative that is representative of a colour you are after.

Will the artwork proof be colour accurate?

The artwork proof will be representative of the finished product but not identical.  This is because your computer screen mixes the colours differently to our printers.  For printing on brown kraft please see the comments below.

Will the colours look different on Brown Kraft?

Yes.  Colours printed on brown kraft typically appear darker than they otherwise would. Don’t worry though… we will do our best to match to your chosen colour/s and will flag with you any potential issues prior to production.

Product Queries - Bags

Can you print on both sides of the bags?

Yes we can print on both sides of the bags but we do have 'printable areas' on each side - please refer to imagery on the individual product page.

Are your carry bags recyclable?

All our carry bags are recyclable through kerbside recycling systems AND are also compostable. We are also super excited to announce we are transitioning applicable bags to recycled
material!

We have done extensive strength testing on our bags to ensure that they are
sturdy enough to be used, reused and used again!

*Delivery Bag handle re-enforcements must be removed prior to composting*

How strong are the bags?

All of our bags are made from strong and durable paper that has been vigorously tested and is suitable for carrying a vast array of products and weights.  If you are concerned that the bags might not be fit for purpose contact us and we will send you samples to test for yourself to give you peace of mind.

Print quality

We are able to offer small volumes and super fast turnaround times on bags by using ink jet printing. This is similar to your standard photocopier or home printer. Want a further explanation? Contact us for examples.

Product Queries - Cups

Where can I print on the cup?

We can print rim to base on single wall cups. Our double wall cups do have a 1cm gap at the base of the cup that can't be printed. Please contact us if you would like our exact die-lines :)

Price & Payment Queries

How much is artwork?

Our artwork/design assistance is free up to 2 rounds of changes.

How much is delivery?

Delivery charges are based on the size and weight of your order.  We ship all orders with Startrack and are governed by their courier rates.  To calculate the freight rate to your region enter your postcode at the checkout and the applicable freight rate will be calculated.

Do the prices include GST?

All of our prices are inclusive of GST.

Delivery Queries

Can I pick up my order?

Yes you can!  Our address is 72-78 East Street, Brompton, South Australia.  Simply select the “Pickup” option at the checkout and we’ll be in touch to make arrangements.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

Sorry!  Our couriers need a physical address to deliver to so please enter a business or home address.

Please note that we use an external shipping provider therefore can not guarantee delivery dates or delivery windows. Deliveries occur 9am-5pm MON-FRI. To avoidre-delivery charges, please ensure the delivery address is a street address where someone will be present to accept the delivery.

Can I get my products delivered outside of Australia?

Yes, however, please contact us to discuss what is possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?

To Adelaide Metro: 1 Day

To other Australian Capital Cities: Up to 8 Working Days

To Regional Areas: Up to 5-10 Working Days

Can you send my order to more than one address?

Yes, provided the quantity sent to each location is equal to a full carton.  E-mailus the addresses and we’ll do the rest!

My order wasn't delivered?

Please note that we use an external shipping provider therefore have very limited control once your goods leave our warehouse.

If no one is at your address to receive your order it may not be delivered. In this case please contact StarTrack directly using the tracking information we have sent you to either change the delivery address or arrange re-delivery.

If your order can't be delivered at all it will be returned to Cup & Carry. In this case we will contact you to organise re-delivery. Please note that this will involve an additional delivery fee.

Unfortunately we can't guarantee delivery dates or delivery time windows.
